First time ordering and I'm so disappointed. The quality of the clothing is poor, the fabric is so thin and see through, is poorly made and looks very cheap, just doesn't worth your money. I could never wear what I bought, it seems that they will fall apart if I do (except the two tops that I ordered, everything else is poor quality). I will attach pictures of the worst piece I received (it is a skirt), I will also attach the picture of the website of what I ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, worst customer service team I've ever dealt with. Returned my parcel over a month ago and had no email about a return. There is no direct contact for customer service only an online chat bot & they make it impossible to talk to real person - and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Starting to think I'm not getting my £200 back.

Im very disappointed with this last order. Usually they do great but I ordered something May 10 it said it would arrive May 20 and i'm thinking great because I go out of town the 26. The 20th came and went! No updates on the website about my package it was stuck in the same spot since the 17th. I tried contacting just to see where it was and got no help. I went on my trip and the day before it was over there package was delivered. The communication was very poor and I understood that with Covid there may have been a delay but anything else I ordered came the day they said or before or at least communicated so that I could know where it was.

My parcel got lost and I contacted them and Cat was extremely fast with responding and resolving the issue. Excellent customer service

My first time using the PLT customer service available on instagram, Jhafar was really helpful and answered my query in a prompt and friendly way!

Nagina was very helpful as I received the wrong parcel and it was also meant to be a replacement for a faulty item so she directed me to what I should do which was exactly what I needed.

The dress I brought was of great quality however, the colour didn't quite match the one the model was wearing when I looked on their website and the dress itself had a tare at the back. Other than that everything else was good.

Awful, awful service from the whole team! I ordered my parcel over a week ago for next day delivery and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the team 8 times and no one has given me a definite answer and all members are saying something different to each other. I’m appalled with the service!

Worst return system, very poor quality of service. Obviously they are very good I taking your money. But when it comes to help they tell you so sorry we cannot help you. This is customer fraud by all its meaning.

I ordered a gift for my niece, paid for postage and expected the parcel well in time for her birthday. I got a message to say it was on its way and an expected date of arrival. That came and went and so did her birthday. I contacted customer service on WhatsApp, immediate reply very sorry refunded postage and asked me to leave it for another week as it is on it way and said if it didn’t arrive I would get a refund. The week came and went, contacted again, now there is doubt and it has been passed to someone to decide. Presumably doubting my version of events. I have contacted customer service again and so far no reply. I think what happened is that the item didn’t exist or there was low stock so it could not be fulfilled. No communication to me only when I chase eventually. Such poor service and attitude. Come on pretty little things you need to do much better than this.
